Teachers play an important role in the co-ordination and liaison. In addition, they take part in sharing experience and facilitating group discussion.

School social workers also help to counsel and follow-up students when necessary.

Briefing and debriefing sessions are held with teachers and/or school social workers before and after the programmes. Contents are discussed and adjusted if necessary to better suit the audience.
